Animation is an effective tool for courtroom presentations. In this video, a portion of an animation which was used at trial is discussed by Massachusetts personal injury lawyer Marc Breakstone. The animation shows the intersection where the bus accident happened and how the accident happened. The animation uses an investigator’s photograph which authenticates the accuracy of the reconstruction. The case involved a serious injury to the plaintiff, who had the right of way in the intersection. She suffered an amputation of her leg with lasting complications.
